I was practising relaxation,affirmations, breathing and visualisation every day from being 6 months pregnant. The whole experience was down to the hypnobirthing, I'm not sure I'd have had the confidence for a homebirth without it. I had so many fears after my first birth experience and the hypnobirthing turned that all around.
I am delighted to see the interest in this video and I am sure it's been put on YouTube for the best of reasons, but I object rather to the description "Involving some hypnobirthing methods"!
As Nancy's HypnoBirthing (Mongan method) teacher could I point out that Nancy completely embraced the HypnoBirthing programme and in the programme she made the point that this course helped her massively.
I would also like to know if this video has been put on YouTube with Nancy's permission.
