Haters need to think twice. Even the mimicked people who were present, thoroughly enjoyed themselves. None of the humor was malicious - couldn't have been, with stalwarts like Lataji, Ashaji, Yashji, Usha Utthup and Rahman present in the crowd. And look at how well he actually song the songs in borrowed voice, and emulated their mannerisms too. Totally worth a round of applause ... skilled performance, this!

After naming it Global Indian Music Awards, I see singers and music directors only from Bollywood except Rehman. No Jesudas. SPB and other prominent South Indian singers or singers from any other film industries other than Bollywood. The function should be renamed Bollywood Music Awards and stop showcasing India through Bollywood since there are lot more better people than Bollywood people.
