As a lifelong resident of S E London I Llive and work there,What impovment's have been made to my life.None ,0 ,nada,zero,my council seems to be made up from professianal counciler;s from elsewhere,very few if any are local,as you can see from the other comment's just another jolly up at the tax payer's expence,Why do we stand these idiot;s
