  • best use of music for whats happening on the screen in movie history

  • I want these type of Nicolas Cage movies back!

  • I used to be a 24/7 drunk.

  • Beautiful song, Beautiful movie.

  • i so love this movie

  • were all fucked

  • This is one of the greatest movies ever made and Nicholas Cage gives one of the greatest performances in the history of cinema. He has always been my favorite actor and this is his masterpiece. He is superb in Raising Arizona, Lord of War, The Weather Man, and incredible in Adaptation. as well but he is unbeatable in this film.

  • Alcohol ingestion is the single most deleterious activity a human being may be party to.

  • @JosephHuntington Correct you are sir. However by daybreak I'll once again be proclaiming myself "The cling-clang king of the ring-rang room".

  • @gr8fullydeadic8ed "The cling-clang king of the ring-rang room" That saying just makes me happy on so many levels. It feels good to say. I might steal it.

  • dont you wish you could be that selfish & just drive off into the sunset drunk as a donut...

  • funny how this movie speak so vividly to us, alcoholics. A normal person would be affraid of the dangers of acohol. Me, on the other hand, felt inspired and strarted drinking a whole lot more, because we know "this is it"

  • Best Micheal Mcdonald song from one of Nick Cage's best movies ever. Period.

  • I am totally contemplating this total situation. I have seen the movie and I know people that live in Vegas. What do you think? BTW, Leaving Las Vegas is my favorite. I would watch it anyday. Or maybe I'm drunk? :P Give me a break. I'm a total real life Ben.

  • @krepler If you are rich you go to Vegas, but normal people go to Philippines or somewhere in Asia :)

  • @Sofisticated vegas is a dead dry fucking place with casinos were you lose your life,

  • reading the book

  • may be it just me but it soun d great. also LLV is my favorotie movieever.

  • yeh hsh i love this.

this sound so much better than in moviet hough.

  • After much contemplation, I have concluded that the producers of the Leaving Las Vegas soundtrack did not include this song as an audacious attempt to show the world how an individual severely inflicted with a destructive addiction such as alcoholism (i.e. Ben Sanderson from the film) might compile a soundtrack. Brilliant!!!

  • "I can't remember if my wife left me because I started drinking or if I started drinking because my wife left me" so sad :(

  • @bradybraidz I think that is an awesome statement as spoken by a true alcoholic!

  • Una de las mejores escenas que e visto.. vamos a las vegas a morir de alcohol..:D nicolas cage es de mis favoritos :D

  • I was SO annoyed when I bought the soundtrack & this wasn't on it. Michael McDonald is the best nonblack R&B singer ever, IMO! Thank you! I have this on The New York R&B review cd, but the sound quality uploaded here for that is not up to this standard.

  • one of the best scenes of all time

  • @Mill9r and the worst if it´s your life.. ;

that's why they call it the blues, right?

  • 1:33 - :43 'That's' sad 'enough.'
