Evo had a better launch and better traction because of its all AWD system, mustang is a pure muscle car with no such technology making it more fun to drive

Second off, RWD will always have a better launch than AWD so.. that point goes out the window and third off Mustangs are only fun to drive in straight lines and accelerating from stand points. An Evo smokes a Mustang in every aspect with half the liters. So..?

@paulrocksism the new 5.0 tranny isn't that bad but you need to know how to drive stick.. the motor makes a wee bit more horse than projected... and the 2011-2012 taurus is a beast the ecoboost is astounding.. the new chevy cruze is pretty dope too... USA is back!

@rg94life hey hey it is what it is i understand that. fair race. they thought his car was faster then the other one. but dont hate on another car and call it a slobra. cobras are decent cars, the evo had it by 100 hp(says the description) also the evo is awd and lighter. i would hope it won. the cobra had some traction problems at the begining even with slicks. He needs to invest in a decent suspension

@99ekcouper The cobra did have slicks... It just didn't have enough power toward the end. The evo had 500-600 HP the cobra had about 400-500. Plus the AWD helps the evo off the line anyway.

Aunque el Cobra se ve que tuvo ligeramente mejor reaccion, lograste que Evo se recuperara rapidamente y gano claramente por buen margen. En horabuena. Jala super fregon el Evo y sobre todo que su gran merito es que es 100% callejero. Felicidades!!!
