  • nice video! Ignore the killjoys...

  • Great video and cool perspective. I'd be nervous about the tape though.

You guys commenting on the FARs obviously haven't read them. Pg 168 FAR 91.119. Read it and then tell me what he violated. I watched the whole video and saw no violations.

  • Doesnt this require an STC for the camera?

  • What kind of mount were you using?

  • Just putting it out there... flying under 500ft AGL... naughty naughty.

  • @njstobie ...its ok over sparsely populated locations

  • @aviator147 might be legal but definitely not smart. when your engine packs up on you it won't be ok at all.

  • @njstobie i know..however..when Kennedy tower tells you to remain at 500 or below above the shoreline....you gotta deal with it :) But yes I agree....Airspeed and Altitude!

  • @njstobie Obviously you don't understand the FARs... naughty naughty.

  • @njstobie ya the fish must be so upset hahahaha

  • very cool!

  • nice bird at 3:26!

  • Looks good, the camera actually may be more stable if you set it against the rudder. Just in front, that would also fix the problem of the tail rudder in view. Keep up the good work.

  • A little. I used 3M grey Tape to hold it on.

  • @TOBINJ55 Hi! .... I've been using the GoPro camera on my plane for several flights now. GoPro sells a suction cup mount that is rock solid! Once mounted your camera isn't going anywhere!

Love this tail view...going to have to try it on my next flight!

  • Weren't you afraid of it coming off? That suction cup mount must be pretty tough!
