@Antiks72 It's a built-in game mechanic called VATS. It was put in so console players could easily enough hit things, but it also works for cinematic shots and "OH SHIT" moments on PC. New Vegas has it too.
@Latvietis96 Yup. I got tired of the vanilla weapons not being able to put a hole in a paper bag, so I downloaded a modern weapons pack. It adds hundreds of modern weapons that are much more powerful than Vanilla. To maintain game balance it also modifies the levelled lists, so the AI also spawns with the same weapons the player has.
Talon company merc + 800DPS AA12 shotgun = ouch-town population me bro.

@MikhailMikowski The AI has the same weapons I do. It's not at all imbalanced, and is actually more fun than Vanilla. See, with Vanilla, it takes 5 direct face shots to kill a human. With these guns, one is sufficient. And as I mentioned before the AI is using these guns too, so they get the same advantage over me that I have over them. Perhaps a greater one as they wear power armor and I do not.
Do kindly learn how the weapon mod you're blabbering about works before making a fool of yourself.
They're not expensive. I listed it in another video of mine, the specs of the one I recorded these vids on. You could probably build it for 200-400 bucks, and it will smash any prebuilt in that price range as far as performance goes.
mod is what i meant but your right i should get it for the pc i want to do that kind of stuff but i suck at the keyboard and would die every 2 seconds so on some pc games that come out on the 360 as well u can use the 360 controller on the pc version can u do that with fallout
Ya x-box games are easy to get into the controls for especially for a console gamer. But if you had a match between (random example) the 6 best x-box call of duty 4 players and the 6 best PC cod 4 players it would be like 100 - 750.
Hacks? There's no hacks here. Just mods and some use of the console, and they're starting to crack the xBox nut.
lol, you'd probably be better off getting it for PC, and a PC to run it, anyways. not only are the controls better, but the mods won't overwhelm the 5 year old GPU in that xBox. Or RRoD it.

@racingboy011 Yup. It's a console command. Open console, click on any dead NPC, type 'resurrect', hit enter, leave console and bam they're alive.

You can, but I don't know why you would want to.
Mouse+KB is worlds better for a shooter like Fallout 3. Aim faster, or aim more precisely, or both. It just takes practice.
