Whats the blokes problem? He asks a lot of questions he intonates as being 'probing', and spuriously and disingenuosly tries to make something out to be something it isn't to people who just don't want an idiot hanging around when clearlt their job is to stop idiots hanging around. He tells them he is Mark Thomas from Channel 4, are they supposed to be impressed? or know who he is? Could be anyone for all they know.......He needs to make an appointment and they'd answer his questions..........
