I watched this film on a flight over northern Iran a year ago. I could not get this version of desperado out of my head. Well done Sarah and superb editing by the film makers have made this an all time favourite of mine.

I always sob at the end when they are looking at the shooting star and shouting "good bye frankie!" and then sheasks her dad to say it and he does and he's crying and its sooooo sad but nice at the same time.
This was the saddest part of the movie that also made me cry. It was so beutiful though that the children had the believe of his brother frankie was in the sky and saying good bye to him. I like it, because of the children inocence and her father was just very hurt by this.

This kills me everytime I see it. Especially the part where it's just her in the viewfinder, singing right to her father. Just beautiful.
