I had to watch this video multiple times. First time I was shocked that Grant did this. Because I have followed him for years I know how much he trains and motivates. This video is such an "in your face" presentation it literally shocked me. I somehow strangely got motivated by it once I realized he was showing me all the ways I am not doing enough.
