Its in Kanchanaburi...which is in the middle of no where. The best way to really get there is to hire someone to drive you there....i think it cost us around $30 USD, but it was def worth it.
the best way to go there it's to catch the bus from the bus station of kanchanaburi there are buses every hour in the morning for the waterfalls and it cost only 45 bht so ....no more than 1$.
It's in the west area, pretty much on the border to Myanmar. Grab the train from Sukhumvit in Bangkok, it's a beautiful ride, then rent a bike in Kanchanaburi.

from bangkok it's like 2 hours and half by train, in the east area. you can have a look on my youtube page. enjoy !
