  • do u wash ur face with it morning and night

  • @krawlingchick Sometimes morning, sometimes night, sometimes neither, sometimes both. Whatever my face feels like it needs that day :)

  • how often can u use it?

does it works on combination skin type?

when u rinse it, do u use cold or hot water?

does it helps for acne scars?

  • @MarylinMonroe26 I wouldn't use it more than twice a day as to not upset the balance of oils on your skin. Use on ANY skin type (I have combination skin which tends to be more dry and sensitive in the winter.) I rinse with warm and then splash with cold- either will work. I am unsure about how it effects acne scars, but I can only imagine it would improve the appearance before making them look worse. Hope this response helps :)

  • @ThePickettProject

I tryed it, after i rinsed it with cold water it still remained abit oil (which i was very scared to leave it overnight) so i left it like that without taking it off with soup.

It really helped, i had much smooter skin my skin felt very good from it.

thank you very much for ure response :) and for this helpfull video.

Have a nice day and keep up the good job :D

  • @MarylinMonroe26 Wonderful! I'm glad you received the benefits :)

  • do any of you have oily skin? does this work on ooily skin? >.>

  • @antidescent This works AMAZING on oily skin. Oil is the BEST thing to use to combat oil. It removes dirt and helps to balance the PH of your skin (this controls how much oil your face produces.) Stripping your face of oils messes with th PH balance and causes you to be MORE oily. My skin stopped being oily after using oils :) Try starting with Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (best oil for acne prone skin.) Good luck!

  • @ThePickettProject ok, um do you have any suggestion on brand and where to buy an organic one? ._. cuz i know some are fake or have weird chemicals added on some products now a days, and thanks love, btw you look great (thumbs) :D

  • @antidescent Thank you! You can buy organic ones at almost ANY Health Grocery store. Even regular grocery stores should carry them. Just look for Extra Virgin, cold pressed Olive oil :)

  • @ThePickettProject ok ty. Btw i have questions for you. Does warm water give you rinkles? My sis told me about that. And what do i wash my fash morning and night as cleanser? I know Extra V olive oil isnt for everyday use. Do yoh have aby suggestion? Like a cheap organic face wash? :/ oh and last questions would be. Do i need to exfoliate every night? I have a oily skin and i heard exfoliating is not good to exfo. Everyday ._.

  • Hi (: would this be able to wash off makeup?

  • @310feefee Yes!!! It's all I use for makeup. Works WONDERFUL. Use a facecloth and rub warm water and oil into the skin :) So gentle!

  • OK girls thanks, what about brushing your teeth or showers and shampoo? What u use?

  • @MultiKinster Hey! Right now just regular toothpaste. Currently seeking a better alternative. Shampoo- I wash my hair about once a week with any shampoo (usually one from a health food store.) Sometimes I just use baking soda mixed with water to clean my hair :)

  • @ThePickettProject Thank you :). Avril Lavigne says she washes her hair once a week ages ago at the time she released her 1st album. My face is in a total mess, full of acne scars. I hope this extra virgin olive oil helps me. Cheers.

  • @MultiKinster I didn't know that about Avril! I know Jessica Simpson only washes her hair once a month! I find if I wash my hair too frequently, it looks like garbage :( The oil should help! Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit and veggies. Your skin will glow :)

  • @ThePickettProject I heard more than a few times that cows milk makes people get spots so drink goats milk instead. Anyways I never knew Jessica Simpson was like that lol. What about what you use to wash your hands before you eat food and after you eat food or even after you finish using the toilet? It will be interesting to know.

  • @MultiKinster I've heard that about milk too! Personally, I don't drink milk at all. Also, I use Dr. Bronner's Castile soap for cleaning everything! Washing my hands, washing my floors, dishes, laundry. It's awesome :)

  • @ThePickettProject I visited the doctor today about my face skin problem he gave me Trimethoprim tabs 200mg and he told me to use dove soap on my face and body. Just thought you should know. I don't know if I trust him.about the dove soap but he should know what he saying.

  • @MultiKinster It's a personal choice. I know cleaning up your diet from allergens can do miracles. Check out TheLoveVitamin's channel. She's got some wicked tips on clearing acne naturally. :)

  • @MultiKinster Also, good luck!!!

  • oh, now I see the camera! Awesome. If you get the rotolighting or led lighting (not mandatory), you will see the difference in your video. Trust me, your video is fine and it you can do a review on led lights, will also be "the Bomb"!

  • Hi

Your videos are great and I love it. I am subscribing now. could you tell me what video camera you are using. I am using the C910 Logitech with an led panel light. It makes the video look much better and it give you natural light instead of a yellow tint.

Good luck and thank you for sharing!

  • no wonder you have nice skin.

  • @solve809 Aw, thank you! It used to be blotchy and covered with acne. :) Ditching all the products solved everything! If you can't eat it- don't put it on your face ;D

  • @iPatacake thanks.. I kinda stop doing it because my face was getting bad, But it's a little better now

  • Oh & my breakouts leave red little red marks on my face =[ I get so depressed because I'm like a slave to my face! & I do drink water everyday..

  • I used to wash my face with alot of face wash & used to put mask & blackhead strip & lotion [oil free] wich maid my face more oily.. But I stoped after watching this video, But i'm only using oilve oil & I put witch hazil water on my face when I wake up..

  • So I've Been Washing My Face With Olive Oil Everyday For 2weeks & Now Im Breaking Out?

  • @RIKANGURL69 If you've been using a bunch of face cleansers up until now, then it could be your face adjusting to something more natural. The breakouts should go away soon. Are you using anything else in addition to olive oil? It could be that as well- try to avoid anything but olive oil. It could be stress/hormones too. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, and drink plenty of water. Olive oil on it's own wont make you break out- but adjusting to something new it might.

  • @RIKANGURL69 I'm going to make an updated skin care video soon that goes into detail. In the meantime, you can try experimenting using ONLY water. Or less olive oil, or even other types of oil (coconut, almond, jojoba, etc.) RAW HONEY (the white'ish jar) acts as a good acne fighter and works AMAZING with olive oil. Mix some honey, olive oil + sugar into a scrub (described in the video.) and use that until you clear up!

  • @RIKANGURL69 in addition to what she said, make sure you are washing all the extra oil off your face, if you leave too much on it can make you break out!

  • Cool. Now my face smells like a salad. How you deal with the smell?

And how much time you keep the oil on your face? Its good to leave it a few minutes?

  • @umbbra You can leave it on as long as you want. I find after I wash with water and pat my face dry, the smell goes away after a bit. Lately I've been rubbing it into my dry skin, leaving it on while I brush my teeth, then wiping it off with water (you can use a face cloth too.) If you don't like the smell, try extra virgin coconut oil. I use that ALL over my body, and it smells like the summer :) Almond and jojoba oil are good as well! Experiment, and good luck!

  • I didn't get the cold pressed olive oil but I did get it extra virgin, is it still ok?

  • @RIKANGURL69 Cold pressed is best, but extra virgin should still be okay!

  • @BirmzPwincezz786 I will update it for sure, because I really don't use ANYTHING anymore. I don't use any creams, I don't use deodorant (on days I think I might smell, I just use baking soda.) If my skin is dry I use some olive oil. That's all! When you quit using ALL products, your skin balance will go back to normal- it's crazy! I barely ever use shampoo anymore. I'll make a video about all of these things soon :)

  • @BirmzPwincezz786 Hahaha. I've never tried the mayo thing. And whatever makes your face feel best! I used to use it twice a day, now I just use it once a week or so (and use NOTHING in between- I rarely ever wear makeup that needs to be washed off, so I only use water. Olive oil if I'm feeling dry/flaky!) Whatever works for your skin! I need to update my skincare video :)

  • @BirmzPwincezz786 You can definitely use olive oil in your hair! In different ways. As a deep conditioner, massage some into dry hair and leave it for a bit. (2 hours is fine!) Avoid putting it on your scalp if you scalp is greasy. It's sort of a pain to wash out, and I wouldn't do this more than once a week! Secondly, you can rub just a DROP in your hands and use it to smooth out fly aways. Good luck!

  • how many times a day?

  • @otzey I wouldn't do it more than once :) Less is more!

  • @BirmzPwincezz786 No worries. I don't use anything other than the olive oil. It doesn't smell once you dab it off and it air dries a bit. Not that I've noticed- or anyone else. (I've asked!) Just be sure to use extra virgin cold pressed olive oil!

  • @BirmzPwincezz786 If they are good for babies, that's a god indication that the chemicals are less harsh! I used Johnsons baby shampoo for awhile. Your best bet is to use a shampoo from a health food store (Burt's Bees is great!), and you can use olive oil all over your body after you shower (use a little on wet skin so it spreads, then pat dry.) It works better than anything else :)

  • @BirmzPwincezz786 Pure olive soap is good, but never as good as the real thing! Olive oil works with any skin type and is completely safe. It even helps with blackheads!

  • you shouldn't leave your face wet when you put the olive oil on because like we all know oil and water don't mix... the oil will just repel off your skin.

  • Do you use Olivie Oil to Wash your face or to just put it on like that and go outside?

    And does it prevent pimples?

  • For a toner you can use rice water. Check it out on Michellephan's channel.

  • u could also use jojoba oil

  • Which brand are you using ?

    thank you for sharing.

  • @phoebehuynhvn I'm using Spectrum brand in this video. Any brand should do, so long as it's extra virgin and cold pressed. Thanks for watching!

  • Will it get all your make up off though

  • @Oritasho Yep! Just put some on a cotton pad, wipe, then continue to just wash your face like we showed here ^ Olive oil is an EXCELLENT makeup remover~! :D

  • @BirmzPwincezz786 For sure! The most important thing is that you rub it in. Warmer water apparently opens the pores. I usually always splash with cold water afterwards!

  • @BirmzPwincezz786 Aww, you're so sweet. Thank you!

  • @BirmzPwincezz786 Absolutely! It's very gentle. I use it twice. Sometimes 3 times! Sometimes I just use water that day. it all depends on what you feel your skin needs. :) If you're wearing makeup, try running hot water on a washcloth and let it sit on your face, then wipe it all off and rinse. WAY more gentle than soap. Good luck!

  • Did either of you have experience with acne & clogged pores & blackheads before starting this? And did it help? Thanks!

  • @AndreaJuliet YES!!! I ALWAYS have zits. Since using olive oil I've noticed FAR less breakouts. (Maybe a pimple here and there, rather than having my entire chin covered.) I've also stopped touching my face and started drinking plenty of water, which I'm sure contributes to clear skin! As far as blackheads go, I've had them for as long as I remember. I've noticed they've reduced, but are not completely gone. I'll definitely share with the world a solution when I find one!

  • And my pet polar bear gets lazy and doesn't want to pull my sled anymore.

  • @autumnsylver Just dangle a can of coke infront of him, you'll get to your destination in no time!

  • @prepsikola Oh yeah! I completely forgot about that. According to the commercials, polar bears *love* coke. Thanks for the tip :)

  • I knew you were from Canada as soon as you said "out". lol (I'm from Canada too).

My igloo house gets really cold and dry in the winter too. XD

  • @autumnsylver Oh no~! Now I'm going to be self conscious about how I say "out!" Hahaha~!

  • @ThePickettProject It's usually only Americans who pick on us for that. Don't worry aboot it. ;)

  • Wait a minute! You'd rub chocolate on your body? I mean, if your own theory makes sense? :P (Joking).

  • @fuse4gaming Chocolate isn't one ingredient. Cocoa, though!? ABSOLUTELY. Nommm.

  • @ThePickettProject My bad, there it is.

  • @ThePickettProject Maybe we can mix extra virgin olive oil AND cocoa for are next video, hmmm? ALL WIN!
