In India we call this product Chyavan prash. It is an Ayurvedic formula, people eat this a spoonful as a tonic. The company just improvised it by adding some chinese herb He shou wu.

Our almonds in Denmark only look browm and dirty if they are organic, the normal ones are like those large ones :o I hope thet aren't pasturized, it doesn't say..
