  • Yes sir. I totally agree with you about one world government. We can have it as long as power belongs to 6 billion people on this planet to decide their own destiny.

  • I'm not sure it's realistic to have everyone governing themselves. If everyone just does their own thing and lives the way they want, without taking into consideration how their behavior is affecting others (which they WILL Do), all you're going to get is Non-Stop disputes between people with No Referee. It would be pure chaos.

  • @jarden69 Not only is it realistic, it's the only moral stance. Why should anyone who has not harmed anyone or anyone's property be governed externally? They have not shown they require governing through invasive action action against others! Therefore, self government should always be allowed when no invasive violence against persons or properties has taken place. Those who cannot do this (by mental or physical failing) can and will be governed by others (caregivers or prisons). Govt not needed

  • @jarden69 If police are a service or courts are a service that people want (and they do) that does not logically mean they require a state-enforced monopoly upon those services to exist. Social "contracts" like the Constitution are the only contracts in life that:

    1. You never signed personally, some dead guy did for you

    2. You cannot opt out of in any circumstance

    3. Are entirely based on gang turf (most contracts today are internationally accepted)

    4...to be cont.

  • @jarden69 cont...

    4. No matter how many times one party (govt) violates this "contract" it cannot be voided due to said violations.

All law and penalties should be determined by a minimum standard of Natural Law (harm or fraud), while further laws and penalties should be contractual voluntarily like any other contract that determines behavior between participants. If you want drugs illegal, fine, sign the contract with like minded people. If not, fine too. But no forcing others to your way.

  • @jarden69 You would benefit from reading about anarchism more, and less from preconcieved notions state schools have propagandized you into accepting about the code of ethics and philosophy. It's about voluntary organization, spontaneous order, Natural Law (or utilitarianism; i.e. the path of least coercion), and non-initiation of force...it is NOT about chaos, disorder, violence, and lawlessness. We do not allow initiated force or violence. There is no uniformity.

  • @jarden69 Uniformity is the result of coercion (it isn't possible without violence or threats). Because anarchy is without uniformity, it is NOT utopian. All utopias imply uniformity of law (and often uniformity in much more). The state is utopian nonsense, coercive, violent, chaotic, disorganized, and lawless. It murders, steals, etc. when individuals may not. It is the embodiment of hypocracy. Tax, for example, is extortion on the threat of kidnapping (prison)...nothing more.

  • @jarden69

By bringing government into the equation you have not solved the problem of either disputes, or how actions affect others. You are ignoring the obvious, that the coersion of the STATE by definition negatively affects others, even when those coersed have done nothing wrong to anyone else. Why are you making the state exempt from being guilty of causing discontent and disputes on more frequent basis and MUCH larger scale? That's the blind spot statists have.

  • people always misspell "sovereignty"

  • Why are you hiring illegals??????????

  • @GThomason Because my capital is my property, and their labor is their property...and you need a govt thug to interfere with our free market capitalist voluntary exchange of property (trade). Either you believe in property rights or you believe in collectivist nationalist nonsense. I see which you side with currently...but perhaps with time and education you'll change your position. Govt doesn't grant you rights, you being human (or Created) does. So, it's tyranny to tell me who to hire.
