your forgetting the koopatrols, dark koopatrols, clubba, fire brothers, armored goombas, those are his true forces, the others are just cannon fodder lol
You forgot the Hotheads :) They spend their whole lives preparing to kill Mario. (If you dunno what I'm talking about, watch "Bowser's Kingdom" on newgrounds to get the reference).
I think that he should kill all of his Koopa Troopas, and give the resulting Dry Bones katanas and armour. They would be unstoppable then, since stomping them doesn't kill them, the racoon suit couldn't kill them, fireballs can't kill them, hammers would be blocked by the armour, and the cape feather could be defeated with the katana. With that army, the Koopas could take over the Mushroom Kingdom and be finished in time for tea.
