This is GREAT! Maybe I am alone on this, but I think Bob's vocals here are as good or better than at any other point in his career. I mean, he was NEVER Pavarotti, for goodness sakes, but his singing is unique, expressive and effecting in its own way.....

Normally I would tape his Bobness but all the anti-taping/photography blurb on Knopfler's site put me off. Good on you for capturing a bit.

The echo on his voice is great on this song, but too much of his singing these days is just him shouting every forth word on the beat, which tends to make all the tunes sound the same.
