Yours is the older AC version, which is the better one to get. This battery type works well until the cam that controls the arm-stop switch wears down. Then, one night when you're trying to sleep, the arm will start rotating continuously and dumping balls until the batteries die.
I have one, its realy neat But if you keep it in your room like I do I would recomend puting a big patch of felt underneath it to soften the sound so it wont wake you up a midnight like it did me

Oh I see it now. The bottom is the hour, the middle is the Minutes and the top 1-4 adds to the minutes, since it's in incremints of 5.

I have one, but on mine the arm actually rotates at 1 RPM rather than triggering like this does.
