the "scary picture" is of a Japanese Noh theatre mask - I seem to recall that it's deliberately made to be so emotionless, but if someone could confirm that for me, that'll be awesome.

As for my own comments, I thought 1 morph at a time was great - 4 simultaneously is impressive!!! The one drawback is that I can't always focus on all the portraits to see what they're "supposed" to look like before they start morphing again.

But, nice job, and neat transitions from 4 faces to 1.
