I only read Rogues in the House for the first time in 2006. This is quite a discovery. I haven't seen this episode since the mid-90s. ;-)

I think it's the same animation studio, because all characters have similar characeteristics (muscles, eyes, movement etc.) as in f. ex. X-Men TAS or Spiderman TAS.
