Not bad. Would have preferred you just sang and not tried to opera-fy it. The parts where you actually sing and not get all soprano are the best bits. Not knocking your voice which is angelic, just saying that sometimes simpler is better and that you don't have to over-sing.

And you should have screamed the "GRAAAAAAVES!" part. You also could have done with having someone dueting with you as Shilo. It's not perfect, but it's a damn fine effort.

@EternallyYours9000 thank you very much! yes, indeed i do. i study classical singing for a few years now but i also take piano lessons. next instrument is gonna be the cello! i so love its sound! i have seen that no matter how many things i learn on music, they never seem to be enough and i always want more!!!

@QuikVidGuy thanks for your comment. indeed i chose not to do the screams but to replace them by clean, kinda classical vocals. being a classical singer this makes its much easier for me and i feel more sure when i use my classical technique than a scream,which frankly i've used very few times in my life. also i think the whole cover was rather different from the original.so the fact that i changed the scream part mustn't have been a surprise..i love graverobber's version, but it's not for me..

@tje125 indeed, in the second part they are louder than they should. but the truth is that while i was recording this song, i was listening to the music of the karaoke version of 21st century cure posted here on youtube, and the man who was helping me with the recording, recorded both the voice and the music. so when i found out, there was nothing i could do. no time and no money for such an editing...
