@MichaelEMJAYARE it's played when they do Red Rain live, (well that's the only time I've seen Meg play it,) it's like a xylophone sound, not sure what its name is though.
@doodoo517 the white one is a boss chromatic tuner and the smaller one next to that may be his amp switcher or level boost. Not sure on the on the little guy.
What show is that picture from at 1:05? If you look in the backround you can see his Kay without paper covering it. There's barely any pictures of that guitar with out the paper glued on top.
@mrrobotrain Jack's general pedal set up include a NYC made Big Muff fuzz pedal, which is a huge part of his driven, gained up sound you hear here. He also uses a Digitech Whammy and I believe a Boss compression pedal and maybe a few various others.
They rocked on this song CHICAGO Arragon Ballroom feelin dejavu for Jack on guitar ...not that I don't like him on drums now but ya know ha DEAD WEATHER okay. I miss MEG!!!!!!!!!! : > D
@aledobretociastko perhaps they get complaints about the amount of soiled underwear when people hear the guitar tone... I don't know, IMO it's their greatest three minutes!
Mesmerizing.....

@eccentricman87 I don't think so. Not the best, definitely, but still very good. Should be played more times.
