Back in the 90s, I had this temptation to draw filthy porn and send it to Art Instruction Schools. In retrospect, it was for the best that I never did.
Hi, I'm Troy McClure! You may remember me from such previous Fox specials as "Five Fabulous Weeks of the Chevy Chase Show"!
"Do you want to make more money? Sure, we all do! That's why I call Rob Reiner at least 5 times a week to remind him that I'm available for any role in his next movie! I'd be perfect for Misery 2!"
"Man, it sucks that this is the only bar/restaurant in town. We don't have any other choices except to be pushed around at this bar, or go home and rent a movie!"
For those wondering, Molson Ice is not brewed in the Arctic, but southern Ontario, which is further south than a good chunk of the US and just as hot in summer. It is not inherently colder than the other beer in your fridge. Ice was not born here. And virtually nobody in Canada actually drinks that stuff. It's an export, unlike Molson Export, which we keep.
Man those cd collection commercials from the 90s get really stuck in your head, I remembered every line and song/ music montage from that commercial for Lost in Love at the end....crazy.
It's funny that these commercials were taped during an episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000 , "...Sure we all do" from the ICS commercial was a running joke on MST3K for years.
I know. We hated these commercials 15 years ago and now we love to watch them. Maybe the companies should start playing some old commercials today and we'll pay more attention to them.
@gcrebel2008 I totally agree! today's tv ads are just awful, and don't have that certain "something" the 80s/90's ads did. IMO they started going down hill in the late 90's. All of these ads bring back some good memories.

Growing up I could never tell if the old person in the 1-800-COLLECT commercials was an old woman, or an old man, and I still can't

@pipedonetimes Larry Bud Melman is the old man in the commercial
