There has not been enough research on hazara's longer history but that is for certain. The most logical explanation is that hazaras origin lie in Central Asia, which means they would have migrated to Afghanistan before Chinggis. Of course the mongols also added to geneology of hazaras, but their role is minimal.
I know little of the issues and quarrels among the tribes in these regions, but I know there is plenty of shallow hatred.

By the way, I had a friend, a Hazara girl who was studying in Tehran University and she was very nice. Later, I became friends with other girls from different parts of Afghanistan, Kabul, and other cities and they all were nice!

It makes me very sad seeing this situation. In past few days whatever video I've seen from Afghanistan, has been full of insults, and hatred that different groups show towards each other.
I'm not surprised now why we , Middle East , is where it is , you know why? Bc of this!!!

I can't believe that we have so many racism going on in Afghanistan!!! While as an Iranian I've been always sympathetic towards Afghani immigrants in Iran, and have tried my best to educate some uneducated , ignorant people there, to let them know we all are human and have been proud of what I have done. It is very disappointing to see that inside Afghanistan, you people hate each other.

Physically hazaras don't resemble tajiks or Pashtuns. Hazaras are unique within Afghanistan. Hazaras do not have any connection to tajiks or Iranians, that's just a myth. There has not been enough research on hazara's longer history but that is for certain. The most logical explanation is that hazaras origin lie in Central Asia, which means they would have migrated to Afghanistan before Chinggis. Of course the mongols also added to geneology of hazaras, but their role is minimal.

Wow, after reading all these comments it makes me sad. I thought you were kind. I havn't met many people from Central Asia but I have met many Iranians and they are so kind. I thought you would be the same, but I guess not. I am a follower of Isa. He says to love your neighbor as yourself. I love Hazara and Tajiks and Pashtuns and Baluch. You are all great people who God has created for a special purpose.
