u know, i'm getting really annoyed at hearing these crazy animal rights people attaching emotions to the animals, which they are projecting from their own lives. HELLO PEOPLE! Monkeys are animals and humans are more important! Get it? I doubt it....sheesh
@RutheeJ425 So. Are you saying that animals don't have emotions? They actually share pretty much every emotion which humans experience. That's exactly why they should be treated with the same respect which should be shown to humans.

Yes, I agree. This testing saves human lives and at the end of the day, that is all that matters. Monkeys, like all other animals may feel pain and have feelings but they are a dime a dozen. Bottom line.
@embee187 If animal experiments save human lives, please explain to me why 'safety-tested' prescribed medications are the number one cause of death in the world. The fact is that products which are tested upon animals have actually undergone no real safety tests at all. That is why they go on to cause such death and illness once released onto the market. Mice and rats are NOT miniature humans. They react totally differently to humans when exposed to similar substances.
I was sad that they do not get to walk around. They get travelled and watch the area they wish to be walkin in. To be honest, I still hate monkeys too but I don't abuse them

The experiments aren't pointless. We have used the results of the tests, some way, each day of our lives.
