  • a very good vid for my niece

  • Excellent information for all parents that want to be informed, alert, and proactive during all stages of their children's development. Parents are the very first point of contact each child has. They should have the ability to detect any signs of developmental delay or/ and boost the achievement of developmental milestones. At abckidsdevelopment-com we provide very useful information for parents.

  • @rosaryfilms, & @hiphopedu ....there are so many great points about this video I don't even know where to begin.

ACT...ACT ACT ACT. That's the most important thing. The other thing I recognized is the video specifically mentions exact ages to start monitoring specific changes. For instance....at 8 mos old is in terms of sensorimotor cognition....a secondary circular reaction of responding outwardly ....say ...to the child's own name is actually completely normal. Many don't know that. A+

  • great video...thnk u!!!

  • I have a website that sells early childhood development program. I would like to post this video on the website. Would that be OK? It is such a great program and marries into what we are trying to promote.

  • @kangaroocoffeecomp - yes, it is public domain. thanks

  • @rosaryfilms This is an extremely important video that should receive as much attention as possible I am posting it to our children's website. HIPHOP-EDU

    Thank You

  • @HipHopEdu1 - you are very welcome. Thank you!

  • @rosaryfilms This is really helpful video!

  • Very nice job! We would like to use this video in an asynchronous computer-based training for new child welfare caseworkers. Our users probably won't have access to YouTube in their training environments so I was wondering if there's a way to get this on a CD that can then be copied into our program?

  • @KristinNChambers -- you are very welcome!

You can download the video from the following:

cdc gov / NCBDDD / actearly / multimedia / video

  • I would like to use this for my class if that is okay, I have plans on opening my own business dealing with the developmentally disabled.

  • @Demples89 - yes, please feel free to use and congratulations on your plans!

  • do you mind if I put links to your videos on mine for educational perposses?

  • @101SuperNerd - please go ahead - you have our permission. Regards...

  • @rosaryfilms thanks XD

  • @101SuperNerd - you are very welcome!

  • After all somebody is trying. We are the people who creates system. The system to help our innocent children. It's not about what we believe. it's about what we are facing... Be cool and nice toward the social activities specially for kids. I think most of us has been lost cases. They only care for them what they are earning and being materialistic and less spiritual. Love you.

  • The government can't even run the postal service. Don't trust the government on your children's health.

  • ..he would pop out of nowhere look ! , if you have seen the movie idiocracy the lawyer well he acts like him hes slow and he cant come up with words etc...

  • hi i know a guy with Mental Retardation but i would like to know what he hase he was at pierre jenat with me and he would pop thing out of nowhere of wen i ask him if he knew some one i know he was thinking it was my name and i tould him my age back then 16 then he would say your not 16 ( me ) yes him really ,,, and he would repite that for 2 hours with out stoping and i saw him the other day and he was with a techer on the bus and he would look a the bus wheele for 5min and pop out of nowhere..

  • @yoyoyo112212 Someone with Mental Retardation can interact and respond to things. they can learn anything it just takes more time and more breaking things down step by step. they can and will remember things you tell them from a long time ago expeally if they had made a close bond with some one. my cousin is mentaly retarded and when the teacher could not teach her addition and subtraction I could in just a few days. It is wonderful how if you try and smile how far you can get with a special kid
