I think this song is the "part 2" of Wakaremichi, their first single. The lyrics of Wakaremichi are very sad, and tells the story of a break-up, and how it's unfortunately necessary, even though it's painful because the couple was always fighting and unhappy. But here, 2 years have passed since they broke up, but the boy still loves the girl and didn't stop thinking about her. It's so sad.. But both of these songs are so beautiful. Gazerock never dead!

I too thought this song is kind of a continuation of Wakaremichi. I mean, in Wakaremichi the 8th of July is mentioned and the lyrics tell about going different paths, breaking up. This one is about meeting again. Also, now that I think about it, DISORDER (and obviously this song as well) was published about two years after Wakaremichi... 君と別れて二年が経つね
