When they're together the mix is awesome, if you pick them one by one, they are such a great artistis (in my opinion Richie could have been a terrific artist by his own, but Jon is a great manager and marketing man), but when they issued their own albums you could feel that something was "missing". Just when they are (together with the rest of the band) the Bon Jovi the magic is there. Even if on the latest album they tried to change a bit their style, but they are one living legend IMHO.
