  • i am having a small problem with this the first time i tried it was super soupy even i after waiting for more than twenty minutes and the second time it was perfect. i tried it again today and it doesnt want to harden after i put in the butter. wat can i do?

  • OMG!!! I tried this today (before I watched this video) and it was messy!!! but i didn't use butter, I tried using cream chesse and it get totally liquid :(

    I'll try this one, and see what happens :D

  • @sugarskull408 Or YOU could get your head out of YOUR ass and use common sense (assuming you have it) and figure out the number. If there is 1-10, as with most stand mixers, medium low is obvious. Dumbass.

  • kgsaigon1 ...it will curdle but you have to keep beating it and it should get smooth.

  • i tried this but not the buttercream, i stopped at the marhsmallow. its okay, not bad :9

  • has anyone tried this method of pouring in sessions, will the whites curdled and ruin the frosting?
