  • man seriously thanks I already got my head mills and I made a combo by accident haha I passed from a windmill to a heapspin now I see why it is beneficial

  • aren't you in musicsoulrythm's videos too ?

  • the problem ii have with head mills is i cant use my forhead, but my face o_o.... i keep doing facerolls and my nose is all red after

  • Hey Remedy, Can you make a tutorial for Barrelmills? I can't quite understand them >:[

  • im wondering if im doing it wrong if my shoulders hurt when i land it, i got the roll over head. but when i land on my shoulders, it hurts.

  • I'm Anti-Clockwise :(

  • What's the difference between doing restab and putting your hands to chest and leaning forward?

  • Comment removed

  • OK bro I already dominated windmills with the re stab position but I will try this one I will try it and I won't give up. you inspire me bro :)

  • ok im decent on my windmil will i be able to do without stabing easier?

  • When will you be making your no-handed windmill(barrel) tutorial?

  • Nice tutorial ;)

  • i almost did the second windmill but i hit my knee before i finished. is this normal?

  • Whooo soo happy that soo damn helpful thanks bro PEACE!!

  • nice vid dude

  • Remedy, I have a question for headmills (again). I'm wondering if my head has to touch the ground at all times, and how exactly to gain height other than just 'leaning forward'. And do I have to use the 'hip bounce' to get back to stab/push (nostab) during headmills? My problem is that I can do 1 headmill and I end up in a turtle stab position (I'm really low), then my hips are too low and my right leg (I'm CW) ends up being too low to be able to re-kick for a second headmill.

  • Can you look my video : My windmill. Please thx.

  • You know you kinda look like steve terada kewl

  • OMGGG I LOVE YOU! THANKS FOR THE INFO! BEST BESTTTTT TUTORIAL FOR ME!

    ~XoTic

  • @PokemonMaster44951 im counter clockwise lol

  • yoyoyo i have a question. when i do headmills, is it ok if i make a lot of noise when i do them? example: "hitting" my head on the ground, or rolling to my back? :o

  • i tried this i kept getting bruises on my right hip

  • Is that OK if I start practicing the whole windmill thing with my head? i mean when i haven't got the no-headed windmills yet?

  • @bibibibibib0y id say go for it. cuz im regretting not using my head in the first place. its like in re-learning them, But its up to you to decide! :)

  • XD 5:17 haha that's anew song" I heat my head on the groung ...I heat my head on the ground "...yea keep practicing...

  • @remedyflexflav Oh my bad. I'll send him a message now

  • fuck regular mills i just went o learning these and i got mills. haha

  • okay so I got stabbed mills down easy, but I'm just not understanding the "bounce" concept :(. When you're bouncing, are you bouncing and bringing your right leg towards your face while having left leg sweep at the same time, OR do you just bounce and you're automatically on the second rotation.

Also, I don't really know how to bounce. Do you just thrust your hips up like your air humping something, or do you sort of ignore your hip and just bring your legs down. Srry if I'm sounding confusing

  • 4:20 for headmills

  • How do you get so much height?

  • @SpringRolI you bounce off ur back

  • Is the guide still available?

  • @lostinYourReality of course message me for details

Anyone else wanna critique me? Vid is on m page, thanks!

  • i love u my rival can do this so i was trying it agus now i got it thanks!

  • IS THIS TOYZ!? jkjk but this helped me alot thanks

  • thanks man good tutorial i like it .explains alot

  • hey thanks man realy good tutorial.by the way nice video it help me alot

  • OMG THANK YOUUUU AND GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

  • how do i not hit the bottom left part of my back?

    it hurts

  • @vangsta1997 Your collapse probably isn't on your shoulders, so try to land on your shoulders after collapsing. Practice coindrops, if you know how to do them, to help you get used to using your shoulders instead of your back

  • thanks man

  • i learned my mills like this, screw that stabbing crap

  • remedy thank you so much!!! i got down windmills now cause of this tutorial! i couldnt figure out the stab to do continuous untill i saw this my only problem is that my legs are bent? how do i keep them straight wen i do them i feel like ther straight but then i watch a video and there bent.

  • en spañol ? ay en epañol los tutoriales

  • give me the link that baby mill....please.......

  • when i lean forward im still stabbing rite?

  • Comment removed

  • hey i need help w/ my windmills. everytime i windmill its like all over the place, not in just one area. like when you do your windmills at 0:27 , it pretty much stays in one place. when i do it everytime i restab its always somewhere else, like 1-2 feet from original spot :(

  • damn it! my shoulder hurts!

by the way thanks for helping me guys :)

  • some one plz help how can u stay high on ur back because when i windmill im on my lower back thx

  • This is a reply to hitting you legs on the ground. When I was first learning and had that problem I found out that I needed to keep my legs as wide as I could. I thought I was at first but not until I focused on it that I got it. When you focus on keeping your legs wide it really helps to keep them high and not hit the ground.

  • can you do a tutorial for handless windmills and jumping windmills?

  • u think you could look at my mills and give me tips thanks

  • i just noticed somthing, at about 2:50 your right arm is at a 90degree angle when you catch yourself at first, then you drop it as you go into the next windmill and your left arm goes up as it pushes. at 1:00 minute in when you say to keep hands into chest, its not exactly like that. i was practicing it, and my windmills improved alot with this guide, but i just noticed that the arm that is at an angle helps you go into the next windmill. just thought id point that out.

  • @CaptainMoroniMsgs

nvm i lied. i practiced it and if you put your hands to your chest like you said for some weird reason your arms get in that right angle position.

  • wow im really impressed with this tut. it was really well done, i liked how you guys mentioned the reasons behind the techniques.

  • shawn and remedy together again??? double trouble??? ty for the vid guys, just what i was looking for... should really clean up my basic windmills first tho

  • I love the tutorial. I was missing the whole legs to face/kip up like motion. Your tutorial gave me really good angles to get a look from, and it wasn't too fast that I couldnt follow the body movement. Thanks!

  • fucking dope! i love you guys. dam i really needa start practicing. ive been watching you guys for almost a year now.

  • you put the elbow in the stomach?

  • Comment removed

  • "helmets are just weird" lol

  • hey remedy maybe you can try a slow motion effect for your powermove tutorials i think ppl will then get it better

  • how do you roll back nike?

  • babymill tutorial? Please

  • @caliccl09 Babymills already taught on Shawn's page

  • Thanks dude this video helped me a lot!

  • I just have a question. So during the tutorial Shawn pointed out that you had your chin tucked in towards your chest. Now this little head position thing, should you only do it when you're returning to the starting windmill position or should you tuck your chin in towards your chest throughout the whole time?

  • i need a magnet guide too XD too hard >.<. or if u could just throw out some things you need to do like leg position and head position. im not 100% on those lol ive heard different things.

  • hey thanx this helped alot...can u post a headspin tutorial?

  • Thanks bro, now when i windmill i dont tap. :DD

  • trying to get barrels, this migh help tho

  • THANK YOUUUUU

  • thanks for the headmills tutorial and forearm you guys are awsome :D

  • Does windmills require a lot of upper body strength?

  • @subzob not really, its mostly technique/form

  • YAY FOREARM MILLS!

  • so...when your hands are out infront of your chest, you're kinda in a slanted headstand position with your legs straight, ehh?

  • u dont happen to know how to magnet or neckmove do you? cause i have noticed for those, you shouldnt be bouncing beacause you ll be rolling hella fast. and im trying to change my habit, like your, not to bring my legs near my face but rather out. a little tricky and hard concept.

but if you have any clue on magnets, let me know. thanks

  • @kungchila90 I do its tough to explain thru message

  • @kungchila90 haha im workin on them too. something small is wrong wit mine cuz i only lose contact for a small amount of time. someone told me not to tuck in ur chin and instead look a little up.

  • @kungchila90 Do what he says just keep your head on the floor at all times. I have a vid on my page not a tutorial.

  • @kungchila90 Do what he says just keep your head on the floor at all times. I have a vid on my page not a tutorial. Pancakes and Magnet mills are different one uses shoulder torque and the concept of keeping your head on the ground, and this method in the vid is using the pancake method.

Pancakes and Magnet mills are different one uses shoulder torque and the concept of keeping your head on the ground, and this method in the vid is using the pancake method which is good for transitioning into halos and windmill headspin variation.

  • I purchased your windmill guide 3 months ago, and this is one of the clip from the guide, but that's beside the point. I pretty much started windmill 4 months ago, and now I have my no-hands windmill down, but i'm still not sure if my mills are clean just yet. Should I put up a video response, so you can critique my windmill? That would be helpful. Thanks for your tutorial.

  • man this tut is fukin sik

  • man this video just made my day

  • this is indeed the ultimate windmill guide, thnx for all the tips ,espacially keeping the chin down, very usefull

  • yeee i got this awhile ago and i can say, your tips help a handful

  • im struggling with whipping the shoulders, im scared i might just injure it, do you haveany drills and tips for that

  • @rhys211 I cant help you get over fear u cant get into breaking if you get scared... U just gotta push thru it till ur used to it... Its repitition... Majority of moves r kinda scary at first

  • @bboydocuments I can do windmill no stall but I have problem in my hips how can I keep my hips high?

  • @rhys211 thanks, i just have to do it then

  • @rhys211 do it with a sweatshirt, is the only tip i can think of. maybe you can try it on carpet first, if you have carpet.

  • @Shadoweprinz i never really tried it with a sweatshirt, thanksss

  • 1st best tutorial ever
