How do you go about getting these registered to drive on public roads. I am in Michigan and know a motorcycle license in required, but can I apply for a title under a bike I destroyed?

dude u gotta apply for a title with the mso or mco same difference to me really but then say it is a kit bike and register it under that and then u do a safety inspection under the highway patrol and then u pay 20 or so bucks for a license plate
