@RenoReyn13 @tarynova Jeff, is Spencer's father, Jeff Smith. Well Jeff got terribly ill. There was an emergency. Everyone who knew about this (I was one of them) would right Jeff with a heart on their arm. That is why Brendon wrote Jeff on his arm, and that is who Jeff is.

I think it was super sweet and awesome of Brendon to write his name on his hand. Shows us how much he really cares about people in his life. Another reason why he's just an amazing person.
