Its a true shame that really good bands like Starsailor, JJ72, Shack and many more other fucking good bands got shafted by the music bizz because of the shit that is Oasis! I hate oasis with a passion they really are 3 chord wonder plodding shite!! I just dont get why oasis were popular? Oasis have ruined good music for at least 10 years. They really are a bunch of fucking piss poor dull average Status Quo wank!

My grandfather,a WWII veteran likes this song very much (Especially the studio version with piano,he listens to it often.) Old guy says this lovely,moving song reminds him of the time he lost his right arm and crawled out of the debris,returning to life.

I too,think this song is fitting for a WWII documentary,or something like that. It sounds classically beautiful.
