I own this phone and she pointed everything out well. At 1st I wanted the keyboard, now I wish it weren't there. Never use it. I have a hard time sometimes with hitting tabs at times, even when I zoom in alot. Hopefully an update can help. Oh and the speaker sucks bad. But still, a good phone. (3.5 out of 5)
Best phone USCC offers. Other carriers have better phones but hardware vs hardware it is the HTC Evo Shift 4G with a .2 inch larger screen and a stuck slider.
