Is there such a thing as "medical police", who could intervene on behalf of a nursing home patient who is being slowly murdered in an intricate but easily provable misdiagnosis coverup plot?

They just turned down a 20 year old quad. They basically said if he wasnt dead...they werent interested. Funny in their add they said if the patient was given the wrong medication. They forgot to say that the patient needed to die first.
