... really really interesting. For example there's an internal language called machine descriptor language and when compiling C it builds parse trees from both these languages and matches nearly terminal nodes. That's how most of the heavy lifting gets done and when you think about it that it's intense, actually. So yeah... C is awesome
OMG that's a lot of bit crunching. I hope you'll release the source code so I can read it at my pace (which for C will be slow). As a high level developper, memory management always been a bit scary to me. Some parts in your videos I was like o_O. You seem to be really confortable with C, do you code for a living ?
Aww thank you! Yeah I will release the source when I'm done. Plus I'm going to introduce the programs I used (gimp, ffmpeg.. and so fourth) with their respective "time stamps" when they're first used.
Oh I love C, it's like a universal assembler in a way (hehe). Nah, I've been out of work for like a year mate :(. One of my other projects is porting gcc to a fake-processor/system to teach myself about it's innerworkings. People say gnu c is a bit crufty, It's actually...
Does it sounds like a surprise if I say that you are my new God ?
No, it doesn't...
