In Potosi last week life is still not easy there and the children find it hard.Does anyone know of anywhere in Potosi that money and parcels can be sent to the children?

Help the NGOs in the area. JICA the Japanese organization is there and I believe UNAVSVI. If Peace Corps hadnt been evacuated in 2008 I would have said to help pay for a grant from a volunteer. Bolivian PC vols rocked.
