Don't worry.. In the current politics, no one cares about variable votebank like village/city or rich/poor.. they care about the constant votebank only .. that cannot be changed easily.i:e Caste-based or religion-based. So, if you give marks to village people or poor people.. no body competes. If you give marks to some caste or some religion, they will compete and try to promise more. Pls think and understand about the word "VOTE BANK" -that is permanent in nature.

well... let me say it again so that u understand it better... TDP has a cetain votebank...it says it will give 20 marks to that votebank...Cong. has another votebank...it will promise 30 marks to that.. TRS will say 40 marks to ppl of telangana... Then, ppl like me will have to go to court...and court will say, only max of 50 marks can be given..For god's sake.. dont innovate useless things....

Improving access to quality education is the soln.. no need to innovate useless ideas.
