Are they dipsticks. Coz if they are then your holding them the wrong way around. Your meant to grip on the black bit. Also hold the drum sticks a bit furthur up. Balance them on your finger until they stay leval. and grip them there. It gives you more control. It looks like your holding them to far towards the end. You will be a better drummer by like 1000% if you hold the sticks in the right place. Other than that. get some better music and keep on practicing coz that woz pretty good.
