Being top producers in Korea is talent.. knowing who has potentials and training them to become stars is talent.. writing #1 #2 hit songs all the time is also talent. SM celebs seem to be really superficial, but people admire them for their looks and their personalities. JYP celebs are real talented but not so well known in some way?

JYP fits her a little better than YG(thinking something like MIss A), but her personality, her voice, is completely SM. (ppl just make the mistake that sm only casts untalented, pretty people when it isn't true.) I would have liked to see BoA mentor her more.
