It's hard to explain, basically you get a DS in the game and you play these mini games to progress the story. They range from Retro Style games like Tetris (called Tetrid ingame) to modern style games.
Think of Retro Game Challenge but with a 20 hour adventure game thrown in!

No, if you're talking about no$gba it's a nds emulator and a gba emulator in the same program. it uses the second screen to show the map.. it's a double screen game, it's for nds.

Every time i hear or see anything about this game, i see "I made this game all by my self" and "souly made by one person" everywhere. While I don't completely agree with the way Bob has acted to recent events I think he is just proud of his accomplishment and put things like "a game by one person" because he is proud what he has created, and while some things make him appear to have a bloated ego like "why don't large companies think of these things?" I don't think they should be interpreted as "I'm the best." Imaging yourself in Bob's shoes, you teach yourself C, you spend 5 years working on your dream. It's understandable
why he might seem to have this huge ego. I would have liked to see this game on the DS. It would have been better if Bob had done some research and looked into other possibilities for release instead of pouring everything into one chance. If your game never gets published PLEASE sell it yourself like preloaded on romcarts or something, id easily pay 60$ for this masterpiece, coming from a guy who never buys games brand new, thats saying alot especially since thats higher than the price of a new DS game... i love you bob...

How did you obtain the knowledge to make such a masterpiece? I am a computer Science Major in my 2nd year of college right now and I couldnt see myself making anything of this complexity for a good few years. Care to provide any insight on game design and programming in general?

Dude this game looks Amazing. I'm a programmer myself and I understand how much work that you must have put into your game which deserves major respect. Don't listen to any of the people flaming your game or how you describe it, you are proud of your accomplishment and should not let anyone put you down for it. I will definitely buy your game if/when/however it is released to be able to experience a game that 'one man' put his heart and soul into. Keep fighting! Never give up! :D

:D this is the sort of game I wanted back when I was a kid, I've always loved RPG's, but the battles got REALLY boring after a while. I've always wanted to make a game, but I really don't know where to start. Props to you man! I hope to play this game one day. And who knows, maybe I'll attempt making a game some day haha! This looks truly amazing. Not necessarily my style of game but truly impressive. When I say "not my style" I simply mean that I'm not really into "modern" as a game setting. Unless it's a first person shooter. I really hope you get this released as an officially title for the Nintendo DS. Good luck.

i must say i am impressed, bob... but your conceitedness fully disgusts me. Every time i hear or see anything about this game, i see "I made this game all by my self" and "souly made by one person" everywhere. Its in bad taste to publicly announce your self thought amazingness. This isnt to say that this game isnt impressive. You have acted like a complete child and have a bloated ego.

While I don't completely agree with the way Bob has acted to recent events I think he is just proud of his accomplishment and put things like "a game by one person" because he is proud what he has created, and while some things make him appear to have a bloated ego like "why don't large companies think of these things?" I don't think they should be interpreted as "I'm the best." Imaging yourself in Bob's shoes, you teach yourself C, you spend 5 years working on your dream. It's understandable

why he might seem to have this huge ego. I would have liked to see this game on the DS. It would have been better if Bob had done some research and looked into other possibilities for release instead of pouring everything into one chance. Mr. Pelloni I found the way you acted to be a bit childish and over the top, but I can't imagine how you must've felt. Even so, I wish you luck with your endeavors.
