The japanese Ju-on;The Grudge is the original verison of the movie. Amerika did make the remake, I don't know why either, they make remakes of so many japanese horror movies (the ring, the eye...) it's totally pointless to me too.

I just watchd this movie and the sequel with my friend at my house in the middle of the night. I screamed so much I didn't have even a second to breathe! I was so scared that I couldn't watch the other J-Horror I rented and I stayed up with my friend till 4 AM! After that, I couldn't sleep in my room for about 2-5 days. I watched part of "The Grudge 3" to see if it was actually scary... Yeah, didn't even surprise me. I dub Japanese Horror as the best kind of horror in the world :)

i agree. =) actually the grudge is kinda cute too.
the only scary thing is that these cute things are trying to kill you. but if i saw them out on the street, i'd probably want to hug them.

seriously i was scared for A WEEK when i first watched that! man! it was 11:00 at night when i watched the movie and i was like so scared to go into the elevator alone since like yeah... elevators freak me out sometimes....
