  • @FeedMyCucumber You will learn "Heaps of stuff" only at work. :)) At the university of when you are looking at tutorials you will just learn the usual methods of doing say rotoscopy or paint or how to composite CG elements etc. But its a good start anyway. All the best ! Go ahead :)

  • @FeedMyCucumber Hi. You can get the reference of the areas that are behind Jet Li from the surrounding frames (i.e before he walks into position and after he walks out of position). Also you will have to clean up certain areas using the Clone Tool; especially areas where you can't find a reference from the previous frames. Hope that makes sense.

  • @FeedMyCucumber Thanks for the appreciation! Well, if you want to pursue it as a career then you will have to go for some professional training. Depending on what your background is (art/science) you will have to choose the appropriate course. It is difficult to suggest because I don't know how much you know about Visual Effects. If you have been working in this industry for a while then maybe you just need to learn some softwares and techniques to move in the right direction.

  • @FeedMyCucumber Would suggest you to google "Compositor" and "Nuke" and see if you get some head start from there. When you have some idea it will be easier to guide you. Cheers ;)
