Nice tute, short sweet and to the point. I am trying to find a quick effective way to just extract the yellow color. I'll keep playing around with it. I used to dodge them but I find that takes away the precious shadows as well.

For white teeth it's easier to just select the entire mouth area then use hue-saturation to desaturated the Yellow channel and brighten the channel with the lightness slider if necessary. Much faster and no need to fix the shadows since the yellow was the only color affected in this process.

@supadarkaz if you cant make a change on a selection of a photo, try using a brush or erase tool on the pic, a box should come up saying "this smart object must be rasterized beore proceeding. Editing contents will no longer be availible. rastrerize the smart object?" and click ok. you should be able to edit the pic now
