Charger fans=the phoniest football fans in the History of American football. God Awful, I was stationed at Camp Pendleton from 2004-2009 and they are absolutely positively the worst fans in the NFL. Qualcomm isn't a bad venue but Charger fans fill the place a couple of times a month, making it a lot worse. Up when the team is playing well, and dorment when the team is going through hard times. LET'S GO PATS.

Apparently this sh*t for brains PAT fan, didn't get the NFL memo. Charger fans from San Diego, live in the best city in the U.S. and have many great things to do on Sundays, other than paying high prices for football tickets. I've been a Bolts fan since 77. I discovered this well known fact, back in 94', my first visit to SD. Does that mean that Charger fans are the worst football fans in the NFL? No, but it does show this fan has very little class and roots for a team that's on it's way down.

I went to the Giant, Charger game in 04, but I'll say this first, the Giants were 4-12 that year, and the Chargers were a good team that year, so we were playing for nothing and STILL showed up! And I'll never forget how many Giant fans were there and how we out-numbered Charger fans. Funniest thing I've seen. East Coast representin! Charger fans r a joke

Ok, sure, but, sooo many Charger fans act like they own the world. They act like they're the best and no one can beat them (I'm talking about the fans, not team.) And it pisses people like me off. And New York isn't exaxctly the closest to San Diego now is it? Sure people move here, but for God's sake, when u go to a football game the home should be the team with the most fans...that's not the case with the Bolts And it's not just NYC ya know...every team they face, those fans 1-up Charger fans.

New York, New York, and I see the point you're trying to get across here. The thing is, not EVERY person from NY moves to San Diego. And I'm not just talking about NY. I'm also talking about just about EVERY team the Chargers face, and is a home game, those fans (reguardless what city they're in) will just about out number the Charger fans.They aren't good football fans.

If you're going to focus on "bandwagon fans", the ones that only show up and claim to be fans when the team does well or hits the playoffs, there are 10 times more "bandwagon fans" in NYC than any other city in the US. If you're talking about "real fans"... then Charger fans are going to kick your asses in NY. I mean, how hard is it to like a NY team when you consider the ad dollars that are used in comparison between the markets, to make you a fan? Wanna go there?

Look at some of those old patriots games when they sucked ass, they couldn't sell out a game in that huge market. in a nice city like san diego with a ton of shit to do, there will always be bandwagon fans, but they're aren't more bandwaggoners than patriots or cowboys fans. end of discussion
