It must be very difficult to make a choice between Dalai Lama & Dorje Shugden as both a pivotal in Tibetan culture and spiritual practice. Asking sincere Dharma practitioners to make this choice is like asking a child to choose between his father and mother. I do not believe that either DL or DS intends for such suffering to be caused. I don't believe in mumbo jumbo of tibetan buddhism but I believe that every body has right to believe in whatever he/she wants to. Dalai lama has no right to ban Shugden. If dalai lama wants to discourage superstition, then ban Nachung (the spirit that dalai lama workship) also.

Dorje shugden is a ghost or not is NOT THE POINT.

The point is that Dalai Lama MAY NOT BAN ANY FORM OF WORSHIP IN A FREE AND DEMOCRATIC INDIA.

Because of this ban, Dalai Lama is going to court. He has been summoned by the High Court in Delhi to plead his case.

By the Dalai lama going to court is a huge message that WHAT HE IS DOING IS WRONG.

United Nations have sent representatives to investigate the ban from Dalai lama as it is not what a democratic leader should do.

I hope due to this video, people investigate the expulsion of 900 monks by the DALAI LAMA from his own monastaries. WHY? Merely because they practice Dorje Shugden, a practice which the Daila Lama himself practiced until he was 50, and which was given to him by his spiritual guides and practiced by the great Gelugpa masters. The Dalai Lama has no spiritual justification for this BAN on Dorje Shugden practice. His aims are entirely POLITICAL.
