Wow, I remember this tune back when the WAVE 102.5 was the Tampa Bay area's jazz station. I didn't realize it then, but the mid 80s was a really good time to be in Tampa Bay enjoying the jazz scene. Saddening that corporate interests today have deliberately killed jazz on mainstream stations. Contrary to popular belief, modern jazz is still popular with many in the over 25 crowd.

Yeah I agree Gregg Karukas is pretty underrated. If you can post "Chasing The Wind" That's another cool smooth track of his. I also see that he used to play keys back in the day with Boney James. Could you imagine how an album with those two would be like now???
