  • For a creamier filling, reduce the stock to half before you add it to the rue, add milk so it's the same volume , and maybe a bit of double cream and some extra butter if you're feeling unhealthy. Yum yum!

  • just loved this...I did it in a large dish...it was delicious. I usually roast a chicken...but this was so much tastier and moist. More please

  • I did make these tonight...they were very good, I just need to remember to let them cool adequately before serving! They were very hot even 10 minutes after taking them out of the oven...Otherwise it was a great way to utilize left over chicken and stock and veggies! Thanks for sharing!

  • That looks so good...I look forward to trying this recipe...we eat roasted chicken alot and this will be a good way to use up the left over chicken...there is three of us left here only and I think this will be great! Thanks for sharing and keep the videos coming! I enjoy your presentations!
