Do some research and stop believing to unofficial resources. GW never has sued Blizzard in the past. Stop looking in random forums. Starcraft: BW is still the best rts game out there, even today, its better than DOW in balance aspect. There is a reason why there are SC tournaments and no DOW tournaments. Warhammer has been around longer than SC. SC2 will take the same lead as SC1, and that is the best RTS game for many years to come. Warhammer is great. However, DOW just doesn't compare to SC.

I play both StarCraft and Dow, starcraft is more balanced but dow has a differnet feel to it, they are both kick ass games just stop arguing over it.

I have both starcraft and warhammer. Some of the units might have been taken but the game play and resources are different also protoss would kick eldars ass any day :). Protoss are much cooler anyway. Starcraft is probbably one of the most balanced rts games ever made. More than warhammer. *cough cough* stupid necrons

I like Starcraft plenty. But for story, atmosphere and depth of the world, it's not in the same league as Warhammer 40k.

And Starcraft may be more balanced (props to Blizzard for that), but in the end, I enjoy DoW far more.

Games Workshop has sued Blizzard about it in the past and almost won.
