Rossi pulled a "Zanardi" on Stoner @ 0:47. If you don't know what a "Zanardi" is, Look up "CART '96 Laguna Seca" on youtube.

Later in his career, Zanardi had his legs amputated because he cut in front of a faster moving car. If Stoner didn't yield(come off his line) and let Rossi back on the track.. Rossi could have taken them both out. The point is that it was a dangerous move.

Stoner didn't yeild, Rossi was the one who tucked it in, once on pavement again. Stoner actually rode up on the rumble strip to crowd him. I was there for the whole weekend. I felt Rossi was too tall in his gearing, you could hear it, maybe to let Stoner have a "feel good moment". It was a total psych by Burgess and Rossi. Hands down the best race since Sete and Max were in the mix.

Don't revise history! Zanardi DID have that accident, yeah, but it was because he spun on the warm-up lane at the Eurospeedway Lausitz and ended up in front of another car on the racetrack, NOT because he "Cut in front of a faster car" as you put it. Secondly, i meant that as a way to express how outrageous (In a good way!) Rossi's pass was. Sure it was dangerous, but so is RACING. You either roll with it, let the other guy go or, if your Stoner, Bitch to the press about it afterward.

Nice 1 Vale. Total race craft at its best. You could see how much faster Stoners Duke was but nobody beats Vale on the brakes. Yeah their throttle and braking were shown and Stoner was flooring both all the way when Rossi had to work on them all the time. This was propably one of the best races Rossi has ever ridden and shows that Stoner cant take the pressure when he has to fight someone.

It's a different style of driving...did you see how the ducati was wobbling all over the place and the yamaha was allways steady and ready...and we all know how rossi allways hits the brakes less than anyone he's been driving like that for years, stoner hits em late but hard.

I'm not stating that stoner is a better rider...yet, but give him some credit for what he does.

And melandri also has the ducati TC and it's not doing him any good.

Thats my point, the Yamaha rides so steadily because Rossi doesnt use that much tc, as in the Ducati the computer is always trying to figure out how much power to put in the tyres. And what do you mean Stoner brakes late but hard, Rossi brakes much later as he made all of his passes on the brakes in this race alone. There must be some kind of a system to adjust the braking power because theres no way Stoner can floor the brakes on his own like that. And melandris problems just prove that this

Melandris problems prove that this 800cc Ducati is a completely different bike to anything else, if you remember that Capirossi couldve won the championship in 2006 without his injury and Melandri had a great season in 2007 with a satellite Honda.
