This is a sousage staffing machine with PVC and they made an oblong hole into it were the end hole is bigger than the other hole, great idea and good job :)

My friend by doing this and selling it with the Sausage Stuffer, you have invented something which worth alot of money in alot of countries. specially those who loves eating kebabs such as the middle east. I would also suggest if you want to go ahead with this invention then maybe add a book showing different ingredients for making Kebabs such as Turkish, Kurdish, Iraqi and Iranian. that is a whole different story ,but the key is to use a food processor to do the final mix and let it work till the meat starts turning in the food processor.
